3. Ming Resort & Spa

This resort is the first and only five-star hot spring resort in Zhejiang province. Located in the mountain areas, it has over 40 pools surrounded by trees and hills, offering a nice view of nature. It also boasts 260 guestrooms, each having over 50 kilometers of room space and a balcony. Some of the guestrooms are equipped with a 24h private pool. Local cuisines and seafood from Zhoushan, Zhejiang province, are served there. Conference and entertainment facilities are also available. 4. Ninghai Forest Hot Spring Hotel

Located in the Tianming Mountain, the hotel houses one of the top three hot springs in China, with water taken directly from the mountain areas, which is fresh, clean and full of minerals. The pools are surrounded by bridges, pavilions, wetlands, waterfalls and other scenic spots, where you can have fun while enjoying the hot spring. The hotel boasts 17 forest villas and 192 guestrooms, as well as comprehensive conference and entertainment facilities.

5. Dapengshan Hot Spring

Located in the Dapengshan Tourist Resort, this hot spring is close to the Huanhu Paradise Park and the beautiful Hetou Ancient Village. It is built in a classical-garden style and places its 22 various outdoor pools among trees and flowers, offering a charming view of nature. In addition, it also provides a 250-square-meter comprehensive entertainment zone that offers food, spa and video services. 

Tickets: $33 for adults, $15.5 for children between 1.2m and 1.4m, and children under 1.2m enjoy free access.

Opening hours: 15:00-22:00 Sunday to Thursday; 15:00 to 23:30 Friday and Saturday; 10:30-23:30 holidays.

Tips for enjoying the hot springs:

1. Take a bath before entering the pool so as to keep the pool clean, adapt your body to the water temperature and make it easier for your skin to absorb the minerals in the water.

2. Wear bathing suits and slippers in the outdoor hot spring zones and take care not to fall down.
