Changsha to host Intl Commercial & Legal Cooperation Forum

Changsha will host the 2018 International Commercial and Legal Cooperation Forum from Nov 27 to 29, launching cooperation initiatives, service platforms, and matchmaking activities.

This is the first comprehensive international commercial legal service platform jointly attended by enterprises and legal service agencies in China. It is also the first professional forum on international commercial law in Changsha.

At present, the heads of international organizations such as the World Bank, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, the International Chamber of Commerce, and more than 20 ambassadors and business counselors from Singapore and other countries have confirmed their attendance at the forum.

More than 400 representatives from over 170 enterprises, eight Chinese and foreign business associations and 26 international legal service organizations will also attend. The general counsel or chief compliance officer of 21 Fortune 500 companies will share international business experience at the forum from legal and business perspectives in various fields such as communications, automobiles, infrastructure, technology and more.

The forum, focusing on legal communication and integration, and international cooperation, aims to build a platform for international legal cooperation, promote the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative and help enterprises to carry out international operations.
