China Eastern Airlines recently launched several flights linking Harbin, capital city of Heilongjiang province, to Xi'an in Shaanxi province, Shantou in Guangdong province, Hefei in Anhui province, and Nanning in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, in a bid to satisfy increasing travel and trade demands among the cities.
The airplane used for the Harbin-Xi'an-Shantou service is Airbus 320 and it runs every day with the flight number MU2174/5.
The flight departs Harbin Taiping International Airport at 17:25 and arrives in Xi'an at 20:45. After a 70-minute layover at Xi'an airport, the flight departs Xi'an and arrives in Shantou at 1:45 the following day.
The Harbin-Hefei flight is served by Airbus 230 and runs every Tuesday and Saturday with flight number MU9687/8. The flight departs Harbin Taiping International Airport at 7:40 and arrives in Hefei at 10:50.
The Harbin-Hefei-Nanning flight operates every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday using an Airbus 320 with flight number MU2419/10. The flight departs Harbin at 7:40 and arrives at Hefei on 10:40. After a 45-minutes layover at Hefei airport, it arrives in Nanning at 14:00.
