Dalian builds and upgrades 10 sewage treatment plants

A corner of the second phase of Quanshui River wastewater treatment plant pictured in Dalian, Northeast China's Liaoning province. The plant, together with the first phase, provides wastewater treatment service for a nearby area of 56 square kilometers[MOU1]  and 180,000 residents. It can treat 105,000 tons of water each day. In the past two years, Dalian has built three wastewater treatment plants and upgraded seven in the city, enabling 1.08 million tons of sewage in the urban area to be treated daily. [Photo/dlxww.com]
