Hohhot hunts for investment in Wuxi

The city of Hohhot in Inner Mongolia autonomous region hosted a conference to attract investment at the CREC 2018 (Chinese Renewable Energy Conference and Exhibition 2018), in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, on Nov 1.

Sponsored by Hohhot municipal government and the organizing committee of CREC 2018, the conference attracted experts and entrepreneurs involved in the photovoltaic (PV) industry.

The chief executive of Jinqiao Economic Development Zone's management committee introduced the investment environment of Saihan district and talked up the prospects of Jinqiao PV industrial park. He outlined a future vision for China's energy industry to the attendees, while examining the current state of the industry.

At present, Jinqiao Economic Development Zone has formed a whole chain production system of PV and ancillary products, and has become a photovoltaic manufacturing base with many leading enterprises. As the demonstration base for the PV industry of Inner Mongolia, Jinqiao PV industrial park is known for advantages such as its multitude of preferential policies and cheap land prices.
