Hexigten stone scenic area rated 5A

Hexigten stone scenic area in Hexigten Banner, Chifeng, North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region has been listed as a national 5A-level tourist attraction, according to an announcement by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, on Oct 29. It is the fifth 5A-level tourist attraction in the region.
A “5A” rating is the highest rating a tourist attraction can be awarded by Chinese tourism authorities, with the rating based on factors including safety, hygiene and transport links.
