Late autumn is always the best season to enjoy charming scenes of golden ginkgo trees. Dalian, a coastal city in Northeast China's Liaoning province, also has a host of places to appreciate those stunning views. Following are the best six places in the city to enjoy scenery featuring gingko trees in autumn.
1. Yongxing Temple

Yongxing Temple in Dalian was built in the Tang Dynasty (618-907), and after reconstruction in 1994 covers 6,240 square meters.
The temple has an ancient ginkgo tree which is believed to have been planted around 1,360 years ago during in the Tang Dynasty. It is 29 meters tall and is considered the oldest ginkgo tree in Northeast China.
