3. Dai Temple
Dai Temple, located on Mount Tai, was initially built in the Han Dynasty (206 BC-AD 220) and was a place for emperors from all dynasties to hold worship ceremonies and offer sacrifices to heaven. Covering a total area of 96,000 square meters, the temple has a palatial architectural style. It is referred to as one of the four ancient architectural complexes in China.
There are more than 200 old trees in the temple, of which some are ginkgo trees. The two ginkgo trees at the northern part of the temple have an age of more than 1,300 years old and a height of some 30 meters, and attract many visitors.
