The Home Study project, initiated in Jiading district of Shanghai in January, aims to satisfy local residents' diverse needs for culture and provide them with a comfortable reading environment.

The study is open all day long and boasts thousands of books selected for their popularity and to match the tastes of residents in the surrounding areas.

Equipped with comfortable sofas, desks, and table lamps, the study makes people feel the warmth of home.

So far, 30 such studies are scattered across the district, and more are on the way.
