The Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University, located in the city of Hohhot, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, plans to offer free medical treatment to children with congenital heart diseases (CHD) from rural areas in the region, in an announcement made by the hospital, on Sept 19.
The children with congenital heart diseases (CHD) entitled to the free treatment have to be from rural areas in Inner Mongolia, and their age has to be under 14.
Another requirement listed in the announcement is that the children have already registered in the New Rural Cooperative Medical System or the Medical Insurance System for Urban Residents.
Parents of the children applying for the free medical treatment have to fill a form which can be downloaded from the official website of the affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University and submitted to the hospital.
