A youth delegation from Guiyang, Guizhou province visited Belarus, Lithuania and Poland to promote Guiyang and youth cooperation on science and technology, education, medical treatment, economy, trade and tourism from Sept 12 to 20.
The delegates signed a young talents exchange memorandum with Belarusian National Technical University and a Belarusian science and technology park in Minsk to seek further cooperation on big data development, young talent exchange and technological innovation.
The delegation visited the Vilnius Block Chain Research Center during their stay in Lithuania and exchanged ideas on talent training and technical cooperation in block chains. The delegation also signed memos regarding youth organizations and the introduction of big data talent with governments and youth institutions in the Lithuanian cities of Panevezys and Klaipeda.
In Warsaw, Poland, the delegation exchanged views with the Polish General Chamber of Commerce, hospitals of the Polish Ministry of Internal Affairs and Polish enterprises. The Polish side also signed memos with the Guizhou delegation regarding entrepreneurial exchange, medicine, big data and technological innovation.
The Guiyang delegation also visited the Chinese ambassadors in Belarus, Lithuania and Poland. The Chinese ambassadors said they would do their utmost to help implement the signed memos and promote cooperation between Guiyang and the three European countries.
