CIDCA vice chairman addresses launch ceremony of Lifeline Express Belt and Road Initiative International Sight Saving Mission

The launching ceremony of the Lifeline Express Belt and Road Initiative International Sight Saving Mission was held on Sept 18. Patients with eye diseases in countries along the Belt and Road will benefit from this project. Gu Xiulian, vice chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress, attended the ceremony. Deng Boqing, vice chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency, was also present at the ceremony and delivered a speech.
