The company is engaged in automotive seats and their components' research, manufacture, sales and service, and is also a strategic automotive seating supplier of Dongfeng Motor Corporation.

The company, headquartered in Wuhan, as of 2015 possessed 11 subsidiaries in Shiyan, Xiangyang, Changzhou, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Liuzhou, Guangzhou, Dalian, Yancheng and Hangzhou, and had more than 3,000 employees.
