A delegation of Kenyan reporters visits Baotou

A group of 20 Kenyan members of a media reporter training class came to visit Baotou city, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Aug 20, as part of their study tour in China, reports Baotou Daily. The visit was part of the training class activities.

The delegation visited locations in the city including the hot rolling operation department of Baogang Rare Earth Steel Plate Plant, and Baotou city’s urban planning exhibition hall to learn about the city’s industrial achievements and urban planning layout.

In order to promote exchanges and cooperation between China and Kenya in the field of journalism, the 2018 Kenya Media Journalist Training Class was launched by the State Council Information Office.
