Wind music event concludes in Dalian

A wind instrument performance was held at Chuntian Primary School in Ganjinzi district in Dalian, Liaoning province, on Aug 19, marking the end of the 2018 Dalian International Wind Music Exchange Show.

The show, which started on Aug 17, also included two concerts held at Dalian International Conference Center, and five exchange activities with local communities and primary schools.

In keeping with the organization of the 2017 show, this year's event involved the participation of 297 performers from five countries with proud musical traditions – Hungary, Spain, Poland, Austria and Mexico.

The show was hosted by the wind music branch of the Chinese Musicians Association, Dalian Culture, Radio, Film and Television Bureau and Dalian finance bureau.
