Fenjiu Group is a large State-owned enterprise with operations in the trade, tourism and catering sectors based in Xinghua village, Fenyang county, Shanxi province.

The group has five wholly-owned subsidiaries, 11 subsidiaries with controlling shares, two branch companies and one subordinate, with nearly 10,000 employees in the group. 

Listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1993, Shanxi Xinghuacun Fen Jiu Co is the core subsidiary of the group and was the first listed white spirit company in China.

Covering 3.13 million square meters, Fenjiu Group mainly produces Fenjiu and Zhuyeqing, two famous Chinese liquor brands with an annual white spirit output exceeding 75,000 kiloliters. The brewing workshop of Xinghuacun Fenjiu, a subsidiary of the group, has become a national cultural relic protection site as the brewing techniques are a local intangible cultural heritage.
