'Heroic Little Sisters on the Grassland' reproduced in Inner Mongolia

"Heroic Little Sisters in the Grassland", a classic Mongolian story, was performed at Inner Mongolia Ethnic Art Theater in Hohhot on Aug 17.

The musical was directed by Zhao Ming, composed by San Bao, and performed by teachers and students from Inner Mongolia Art College.

"Heroic Little Sisters in the Grassland", is adapted from a real touching story of two young girls who risk their lives to protect their herd when encountered by a blizzard on the grassland. 

Based on the heroic deeds of the characters, the drama blends together Mongolian dancing, folk music art, Mongolian costumes and culture.

It vividly reproduces sophisticated ideas, unique dance styles and inspiring music, bringing a shocking emotional experience to the audience.
