Longjiang Airlines launched a new flight linking Harbin in Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province, and Luoyang in Central China’s Henan province, to Beihai in South China’s Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region on Aug 15.
The airplane used for the service was an Airbus 320 and it is scheduled to operate the service every day expect Friday. The new service will operate using the flight number LT4305/6.
The airline aims to meet increasing demand for air travel between the three locations by operating the new service.
Harbin is the economic, cultural and political center of Northeast China, and plays an important role in boosting foreign trade between China and Russia.
Luoyang, the layover site of the Harbin-Luoyang-Beihai flight, is one of China’s most renowned historic and cultural cities. Luoyang was also one of the four capitals of ancient China and is famous for its peony flowers.
