Charming Waitan International Culture and Art Festival

Various activities involving opera, ballet, symphony, folk dance, vocal music performances will be staged during the five-day event, attracting participation of performers from Russia, Ukraine, Cuba, the Philippines, Spain, Kazakhstan and Georgia.
