Wuxi Wanda Plaza has formed a downtown area in Binhu and Huishan district. Located in the center of Heliekou, it is an international residence area and a new center in Wuxi that envelops a total area of 700,000 square meters, including business, offices and living space.

It includes a 113,000-square-meter comprehensive shopping mall, a 46,000-square-meter five-star hotel, a 27,000-square-meter high-end office building, 253,000-square-meter residential buildings, 63,000-square-meter apartments and a 25,000-square-meter commercial street.

Huishan Wanda Plaza is at the intersection of Zhenghe Avenue and Wuyun Road in Huishan district, with a building area of 360,000 kilometers. It provides a variety of services for locals, including a shopping center, stores, high-end residential buildings and modern SOHO.
