Scholars and business leaders gathered at a forum discussing China's new-energy automobile industrial development and promoting the mobile car selling app Shandancheshi(山丹车市) in the New-energy Vehicle Industrial Park in Changchun on Aug 10.
Participants of the forum shared ideas on market trends of new-energy vehicles, the preferential policies for Chinese customers to buy such vehicles and the development of the Shandancheshi app.
Since 2013, the central government has been working out supporting policies to encourage new-energy vehicle industry development and made it one of the government's top industries listed in the 13th Five Year-Plan (2016-20), and regarded it as a key point in upgrading the country's car industry.
In response to that, Shandancheshi, operated by the Jucheng Corporation based in Jilin, committed itself to offering convenient online and offline car sales services to customers.
Zhang Chuntao, chairman of the Jucheng Corporation, introduced the app's functions and expressed his gratitude to experts' advice in improving it. An Qilei, director of the Financial Stability Bureau of the People's Bank of China, Ma Zhiyi, officer of the governmental legal research center of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, Liu Zhengxin, chairman of the New-energy Vehicle Industrial Park in Changchun and other officials shared their thoughts on new-energy vehicle industry development at the forum.
