Shenyang promotes county economies

In order to promote the development of Shenyang’s county economies, the city’s government recently encouraged a number of high-level professionals to start their own businesses in the city’s counties.

The professionals are divided into four levels according to defined standards, and the government provides sponsorship to them based on their different levels.

Meanwhile, Shenyang has also announced new incentives for modern agriculture, county industries and the service industry to support the development of the city’s counties.
