Changsha to open more flights for summer travel rush

On July 11, China Southern Airlines will start opening more flights between Changsha and Beihai, Zhangjiajie, Turpan and Yining, all of which are popular tourist destinations in China, in order to meet the surging demand for flights during the summer.

From July 11 to October 26, proposed flight CZ3927/28 will leave Changsha at 10:00 pm and arrive in Beihai, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, at 11:35 pm. The return flight will depart from Beihai at 00:20 am and arrive in Changsha at 01:55 am.

Two Changsha-Zhangjiajie flights will be added every Friday and Sunday during the travel rush. Flight CZ3979/80 will leave Changsha at 11:00 pm and reach Zhangjiajie at 11:55 pm. It will then leave Zhangjiajie at 00:40 am and arrive in Changsha one hour later.

Changsha will also have two more flights to Turpan city and Yining city, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, on Wednesday and Sunday. Flight CZ6611/12 will leave Changsha at 08:25 am and arrive in Turpan at 01:05 pm. It will then depart from Turpan at 1:50 pm and arrive in Yining at 03:15 pm. The return flight will leave Yining at 4:30 pm, arrive in Turpan at 5:55 pm, depart from Turpan at 6:40 pm, and finally arrive in Changsha at 10:45 pm.

Tickets are already available. One-way tickets between Changsha and Beihai start at 380 ($57.39) yuan, Changsha to Zhangjiajie 240 yuan, Changsha to Turpan 1,200 yuan, and Changsha to Yining 1,420 yuan (above fares don't include taxes).
