Zuojiang Huashan Rock Art [Photo/IC]
Located on the west bank of the Mingjiang River, the Zuojiang Huashan Rock Art Cultural Landscape is an extensive assembly of historical art painted on limestone cliff faces in Guangxi over a period of several hundred years.
The landscape covers about 6,621 hectares and includes three heritage areas in Ningming, Longzhou and Fusui towns. The paintings were mainly created by ancestors of the Zhuang people from the Warring States Period (475-221BC) to the Eastern Han Dynasty (25-220AD).
It was added to the list on July 15, 2016.
