IMUST hosts first Intel AI innovation center in Inner Mongolia

The first Intel Artificial intelligence (AI) Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center of Inner Mongolia autonomous region was officially set up at Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology (IMUST) on July 5, according to Baotou Daily.

The establishment of the center will facilitate the training and cultivating of the talents in the field of big data artificial intelligence application.  

Established in 1968, Intel Corporation is a world-renowned technology frontier company. In addition to providing computer and server CPU products and solutions to customers around the world, Intel is also a global leader in artificial intelligence and big data technologies and applications.

Intel will accelerate the support of artificial intelligence content resources by providing artificial intelligence curriculum systems and teacher training programs, artificial intelligence laboratory construction programs, and personnel training programs.

The move will help IMUST form a complete set of artificial intelligence talent training methods, promote artificial intelligence innovation projects, and prepare the students for AI and big data projects and tech-based companies.
