Air China to open Zhanjiang-Wuhan air route

Air China will open a new air route from Zhanjiang, Guangdong province, to Wuhan, capital of Hubei province, on July 16.

Flight CA8253/54 is available daily. Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, it will leave Wuhan at 7:30 am and arrive in Zhanjiang at 9:55 am. The return flight will depart at 10:40 am and arrive in Wuhan at 12:45 pm.

On Wednesday and Saturday, the plane will leave Wuhan at 10:45 am and reach Zhanjiang at 1:10 pm. It will then leave Zhanjiang at 2:10 pm and arrive in Wuhan at 4: 15 pm.

The new route will supplement the current three China Eastern Airlines flights every Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and the two Shanghai Airlines flights every Thursday and Saturday. The increased flight frequency will boost trade and tourism development in the two cities.
