Fuzhou Airlines opened flights linking Harbin in Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province, and Ganzhou in East China’s Jiangxi province, to Sanya in South China’s Hainan province on July 1.
The service is operated using a B737—800 and runs every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday as FU6761/2.
The flight departs Harbin Taiping International Airport at 6:10, stopping at Ganzhou for 3 hours and 10 minutes, before arriving in Sanya at 15:15. After a 55-minute layover at Sanya Fenghuang International Airport, the flight lands in Harbin at 0:35 the following day.
The new service is being offered to meet increasing demand for travel between Harbin, Ganzhou and Sanya.
Currently, to promote the newly-opened Harbin-Ganzhou-Sanya route, passengers can enjoy tickets priced as low as 460 yuan ($69.52) for a Harbin-Ganzhou single fare; and 600 yuan to travel between Ganzhou-Sanya.
