Overseas sub-sessions of CHTF 2018 boost B&R Initiative

The CHTF 2018 in Norway

Roy Angelvik, state secretary of Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries, Chen and Zhou Dalin, Chinese commercial counselor to the Kingdom of Norway congratulated those present on the opening of the CHTF 2018 in Norway.

"Today's event is another move forward since the foundation of our bilateral relations in December 2016," said Roy.

At the event, Chen encouraged businesses in Norway to come to Shenzhen for business opportunities while Su Yanwei promoted the CHTF 2018 with informative briefings on its previous highlights and featured events.

The sub-event featured speeches given by top officials from Innovation Norway and Kongsberg Digital, in which predictions and hopes were expressed on both sides for bilateral cooperation in high-tech sectors between China and Norway.

The panel discussion at the event was also a highlight, with business leaders from China and Norway elaborating on the theme of "Combination of Technology and Finance Facilitates Innovation-Driven Development". Shenzhen Zhongjian South Environment Company and Zhuhai Sunbird Yacht Manufacturing Company also took the opportunity to promote some of their key projects to the audience.

The CHTF 2018 sub-events in Iceland, Norway and Sweden were jointly held by the CHTF Organization Committee, the Foreign Ministry of Iceland, Innovation Norway and Invest Stockholm.
