Nanyang launches campaign to raise anti-drug awareness

The Nanyang Narcotics Control Commission and the Nanyang Public Security Bureau launched an anti-drug campaign at the city's Sports Center on June 26, the 31st International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.

More than 10 information desks were set up, with police officers offering information about different types of drugs, the harm of drug use, anti-drug work in Nanyang, and how to identify drugs and report drug-related criminal activities.

Simulation models of the drugs were also on display, along with over 100 popular science billboards and 3,000 brochures. More than 5,000 locals signed their names on the scroll, pledging to stay away from drugs and build a harmonious society.
