A cultural exchange activity between Chinese and Russian art universities commenced at Inner Mongolia Arts University in Hohhot, capital of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on June 24.
Both sides worked together in holding art exhibitions, ethnic music performances and master classes, in order to promote cultural exchanges.
The activity will also help increase art colleges' teaching capacity in Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
Initiated by Jilin Arts College and supported by the Ministry of Education in 2014, the activity is held annually and aims to improve cultural exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and Russian art universities.
