Japanese commodities go on show in Dalian

The fourth Japanese Commodities Exhibition opened at Olympic Square in Dalian, Liaoning province, June 15.

About 270 Japanese companies brought their wares to the four-day event, showcasing everything from food, cosmetics and daily necessities to air cleaners, environmental protection equipment, interior decorations and medical equipment.

The exhibition also hosted a special area for business negotiations. A promotional conference focusing on Xigang encouraged more Japanese companies to establish branches in the district.

A annual cultural exchange forum between China and Japan ran alongside the exhibition.
