Zhanjiang opens direct flights for cargo delivery

Zhanjiang Airport officially launched its global cargo delivery service, with a box of imported Thai latex pillows going through clearance procedures at the airport's customs office. 

The airport clearance system will automatically release the goods after the enterprise finishes self-declaration and online tax payment. The entire process takes no more than 10 minutes.

Foreign trade enterprises in western Guangdong and neighboring areas can now save on costs and time, as they no longer need to transfer their cargo to the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport or Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport for customs clearance.
