Garden Tea House
Chinese people have a special affection for baozi, and Yangzhou residents are no exception.
Though the city is more acknowledged for sanding baozi, steamed buns filled with chicken, pork and bamboo shoots, the ones offered by Garden Tea House and stuffed with thin bean curd sheets is also a local specialty.
