Zhao's Tangyuan Shop 

Though nowadays tangyuan often come in rainbow-like colors and are filled with many flavors such as fruit preserves, Zhao's Tangyuan Shop, located at Yangzhou's most ancient-style Dongguan Street, prefers offering authentic flavored tangyuan which are usually served with sesame, red bean paste, vegetable and pork fillings. 

The dessert is made from glutinous rice flour, mixed with a small amount of water to form balls, and then cooked in boiling water.
