Juxiang House 

Douhua, or tofu pudding, is an ordinary Chinese snack made with very soft tofu. Though Chinese people living in the southern and northern parts of the country keep arguing about whether a sweet or a salty flavored douhua tastes more authentic, Yangzhou people are quite easy-going with the flavors – a bit of soy sauce, nori, chopped green onion, and dried shrimp, that's enough.
