More than 1,300 companies, including nearly 500 from 31 foreign countries and regions, will attend the 29th China Harbin International Economy and Trade Fair slated for June 15 in Northeast China's Heilongjiang province.
The five-day trade fair will cover an exhibition area of 86,000 square meters, attracting companies in the electro-mechanical, biomass energy, organic food, e-commerce and large-scale equipment industries.
This year's trade fair will focus on the cooperation and exchange between China and Russia at local levels in fields of economy, industry, science and technology. Fifteen representative teams from Russia will attend the trade fair.
First held in 1990, the trade fair has become an important platform for regional cooperation in Northeast Asia.
