New volunteer group established in Hunnan

A volunteer group named after Guo Mingyi (L), a steel worker honored by the government as a "modern-day Lei Feng'', is established at Qiankang residential community, in Hunnan district, Shenyang on May 23. Lei Feng was a People’s Liberation Army soldier famed for his modesty and selflessness who died in 1962.
