A group of central State-owned enterprises (SOEs) signed 23 cooperative agreements with governments and enterprises in Gansu province in its capital city of Lanzhou on May 22.
The agreements, totaling about 40.8 billion yuan ($6.37 billion), cover agricultural products, local medicine and big data industry.
That day, the local government held a meeting with 60 SOEs to seek more cooperation projects in the city.
In addition, local governments and departments signed agreements with Gansu-based subsidiaries of 22 SOEs to offer better services. According to the agreements, Gansu province will give tailored green channel services to the enterprises.
