Hainan will soon roll out a one-stop platform to streamline the talent service across various governmental agencies as the island province launches a major recruitment drive.
The provincial government affairs service center will complete window exchange and transformation before May 25 and the first-phase network platform will have been finished by June 10, creating a better service environment.
The platform will include 11 government departments such as the Organization Department of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee, the Hainan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Hainan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. It will mainly serve 22 items like examinations, approvals, permissions, confirmations and deliveries for talents' employment and entrepreneurship in Hainan.
Once it is in operation, people will be able to submit applications at one window and the internet will distribute information and data to different but related functional departments. The platform will present the whole results to the applicant directly within the time limit.
The platform will be supervised by the provincial government affairs service center and coordinated by the provincial talent office, the department of human resources and social security, and the human resources development bureau. Next, broader service scope and more service items will be covered in the platform.
