A nonflammable cloth of Dalian Daoyuan New Material Technology Company won a gold award at the 46th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva held in Switzerland from April 11 to 15.
The cloth boasts a variety of advantages, such as being nonflammable, acid and alkali-resistant and nontoxic. It can be widely used in daily life, environmental protection, firefighting, ship building and aviation.
The International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva was founded by the World Intellectual Property Organization and the Swiss federal government in 1973. As one of the oldest and largest inventions exhibitions in the world, this year’s event displayed 1,000 new inventions and products of 700 exhibitors from 40 countries.
