Baotou-Xi’an flight set for relaunch

A direct flight between Baotou and Xi’an is to reopen on May 16, benefiting passengers traveling between the two cities, reports Baotou Daily.

The flight, operated by China Eastern Airlines using an Airbus 320, is scheduled to fly every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

It will take off from Xi’an, Shaanxi province at 8:05 and reach Baotou in Inner Mongolia autonomous region at 9:40. The return flight will depart Baotou at 10:25 and land in Xi’an at 12:00.

In addition, Baotou Airport will continue to coordinate with domestic airlines and gradually open new routes, including services to Guilin and Manzhouli.
