Baoding works to attract tourists from Baotou

Baoding in North China’s Hebei province held a tourism promotion event in Baotou, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on April 26, welcoming tourists from the largest city of Inner Mongolia, according to baotounews.com.cn.

Hosted by Baoding municipal government, the event attracted participation from some 200 representatives of travel agencies and media organizations in Baotou.

The event was aimed at further strengthening regional cooperation between Baoding and its neighboring provinces and cities, and consolidating and expanding the tourism market through promotion, the signing of new projects, policies to encourage tourism, and press releases.  

Also, tickets to various scenic areas in Baoding will be offered to tourists from Baotou free of charge.
