Overseas property exhibition – another record high in scale
The 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up, the 20th anniversary of CIFIT and the "post BRICS era" makes the 10th CIFIP more attractive to overseas real estate enterprises.
As of now, numerous foreign real estate enterprises, including those from Dubai, Slovenia, Australia, have signed up for the fair, taking the scale of the exhibition to a record high.
Green building exhibition – a comprehensive service platform for real estate
This year, the fair plans to establish a new exhibition area to invite related enterprises to showcase their green buildings, smart homes, plannings for urban renewal and other latest information on real estate.
The organizing committee hopes to utilize the exhibition to expand the CIFIP's content to the upstream and downstream industries of land market so as to develop the real estate fair into a comprehensive service platform for real estate.
