Harbin, capital city of Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province, established a motorcycle patrol team on April 29, in order to help crack down traffic violations and relieve traffic congestion.
The motorcycle team will mainly patrol at places with heavy traffic, including commercial districts, buses and railway stations.
Due to the flexibility and mobility of the motorcycle patrol team, Harbin anticipates to see better traffic environment due to the high efficiency of handling traffic violation cases.
