Arts festival opens in Hunnan district, Shenyang

Hunnan district in Shenyang, Liaoning province, opened its second culture and arts festival at Shenyang Expo Garden, on May 5.
The event will last until November, during which time more than 800 classes in music, calligraphy, and arts will be provided for residents, as well as folk art exhibitions including Manchu embroidery and cotton paintings.
