英雄烈士保护法 (yīngxióng lièshì bǎohùfǎ): Law on the protection of heroes and martyrs

Governments above county level are required to incorporate the construction and protection of memorial facilities into local economic and social development planning. And legal entities that donate property for the protection of heroes and martyrs will enjoy preferential tax. according to the law.
