Intoxicating roses in full bloom

Hunan Forest Botanical Garden is saturated with fragrance as more than 20,000 roses burst into full bloom, attracting large crowds to appreciate their beauty.

Varying in sizes and shapes, the showy flowers are displayed in various innovatively shaped vessels, and decorate every corner of the garden. People can feel free to take selfies with the amazing blossoms.

Apart from common colors of red and pink, tourists will be dazzled by rare colors including black, blue, white and green.

A number of the 98 species on display are native to China, with nearly half that number native to Europe, according to an official at the garden.

Some of the rose blossoms are very big, as large as 10 centimeters in diameter.
