In the operating hall of Hondlon district’s Administration Service Center, the district’s first full paperless business license was created with the click of a mouse on April 26, according to Baotou Daily.
The registration process was handled online, which not only saves time, but also improves efficiency of the administrative examination and approval department.
The district’s bureau of market regulation has now fully implemented the paperless electronic registration process. An online registration system for all types of businesses, including services such as authentication, electronic signatures, and full paperless electronic registration, went online to enable the registration, change, filing, and cancellation of various types of business license.
Applicants now only need to log on to Inner Mongolia Industrial and Commercial Business Approval Platform, and automatically generate materials through processes such as identity verification, name approval and data transmission. If the information provided is accurate, the business license can be printed.
