One highlight of this year's festival is that the "Fete de la Musique", the French national music festival, will make its Changsha debut at an unprecedented scale. Excellent musicians from both countries will perform.
In addition, French artist Philippe Ramette, who loves to create thought-provoking photos, will stage his amazing China-first solo exhibition and share his insights on photography and arts with his Chinese peers.
Founded in 2006, the program focuses on Franco-Chinese artistic collaborations, as well as exchanges between artists and cultural organizations.
