Swinging

Swinging, like springboard jumping, is one of the favorite sports of traditional Korean people. It can be traced back to the 13 century when parents hung string on the door frame for their children to swing from when they were out farming.

It later became a kind of competitive sports among both Korean royalty and ordinary people.
